I will go a step further than Greenman, and decline this. Offline sources are acceptable, but as I cannot verify them, I have to assess their likely contribution to notability by the details provided, which are somewhat sketchy. But from what I can infer, based on the nature of the sources, and the way they are cited, only the last two are likely to provide significant coverage of Westburne, and even if this is true for both of them, two sources are not enough per WP:ORGCRIT. Please either provide more and/or better sources, or online ones which can be easily verified. Thank you.
