The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

All images of structures owned by the government of the Philippines must not subject to removal for grounds of intellectual property, unless for security reasons (i.e. military camps). The publicly-accessible park may be owned by the local government of Tacloban City in the Philippines, and FoP rules should not apply. The park is also outside the scope of Data Privacy Act of 2012 or Republic Act 10173 as it depicts an architectural work. The municipal building and its facing park in the image are BOTH owned by the government of the Philippines and the maintenance is publicly-funded. This means such copyright ownership doesn't apply as these are public properties, unlike the privately-owned Ayala Avenue which imay subject to restrictive camera policy.
