Proposed deletion of Bibhuprasad Mohapatra[edit]

I've removed the references you added to Bibhuprasad Mohapatra, because you were using Wikipedia pages as citations. This is problematic for two reasons:

In an odd twist of logic, Wikipedia pages are not considered a reliable source for other Wikipedia pages. This is because of the "anyone can edit" nature of Wikipedia. While we strive to keep Wikipedia factual, we can't guarantee it, so other, less ethereal sources are required.
The pages you cited did not actually verify the facts in question. Neither page actually mentions Mohapatra, so they couldn't be used to verify either his profession as a writer or his status as an alumnus of a particular school even if we could accept Wikipedia pages as valid sources.

Because the article has no valid sources, it runs afoul of Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy that requires that all biographies of living persons created after a certain date must contain at least one valid source to verify at least one fact stated in the article. Wikipedia pages as citations[edit]

Please do not use Wikipedia pages as citations in other Wikipedia articles. Because anyone can edit Wikipedia, it is not considered a reliable source. For example, in your article on Biphuprasad Mohapatra, you referenced the page Oriya literature to verify the fact that Mohapatra is a popular science writer. The Oriya literature page does mention Mohapatra as a popular science fiction writer (a different category), but even this fact is not reliably sourced, so in the end, we are left with no reliable source for the fact that Mohapatra is a popular writer.
