This is a monthly newsletter for the Quick Response Vandalism Squad. It has been created by the founder of the QRVS named General Eisenhower.

Of course we can form an alliance with your project. Maybe we can merge the 2 projects together to form a ssuper project. It could be under your project's name. Oh and I deleted that thing where I put in messages mainly because you are going to hve to keep up with the area after you archive it in a few monthes.
