Serve America Act[edit]

Very nice job with rewriting and expanding into prose the bullets on Serve America Act. You have a nice clean encyclopedic style. The biggest suggestion I have would be to add footnotes to point out where readers can get more details: to the parts of the legislation relevant to each paragraph, and/or to websites about the specific programs and grants created by the act.

The body section is also very large, so if you can think of some logical way of breaking it into smaller subsections, that would probably be a big aid to readers... especially if they are trying to get an overview or find coverage of some particular aspect of the legislation. It's definitely improved, but I strongly recommend getting some of those journal articles to use as sources. The first one, especially, looks like just the thing to flesh out the background section (and possibly other areas as well). You're likely to have access to it online through your school library account, and if not, the reference librarians at your library can probably help. Rather than trying to start from what's there and looking for sources, a better strategy is usually to start from the sources and build the article based on what the sources cover.
