Image copyright problem with Image:Wallmaster.PNG[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Wallmaster.PNG. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. I'm sorry about this. I wasn't aware that the image I uploaded was possibly copyrighted by another source. If it was, please accept my sincere apology. I had no idea that it was copyrighted. I was under the impression that it was created and edited by a fan of the game. I found it on a Google search. I didn't know that Google sometimes included copyrighted material in their search results. I hope that this doesn't result in any negative consequences for the Wiki. If you've been given permission by the author, that would be fine. Hi nozzleman- check out Wikipedia:Confirmation of permission for how to go about confirming that you've got permission. you have to send this info to the wikimedia PR department, as described on the page. If you want it to remain, i'd suggest you get a move on, it's been listed for almost three weeks and is currently one of the oldest items in the copyright problems backlog. So drop me a note on my talk page if you are currently pursuing this; or, if not, so i can go ahead and try to clean up the history of Eastern Cougar. LCD[edit]

By the way, does anyone know what causes that ripple like thing when I touch the LCD screen? Well, I'm not an expert on it; LCD probably has more info; but the stuff in an LCD screen is really small crystals. When you run electricity through these crystals, they light up. Its a layer of crystals then beneath it a layer of... stuff that provides the electric charge, slightly seperated. When you touch the screen, the crystal layer makes contact with "stuff" layer and causes the brightening ripple effect. At least, thats what I think, and what the Cabal tells me.
