Dear NoyPiOka, I've seen that the article "Gaston Javier Algard" entered on the Articles for deletion page. Since then this page improved a lot. Can you please give me some advise about what should we do more to have this page out of Articles for deletion page? Thank you very much for your help!

I nominated this for deletion because it fails the criteria for notability of an author. Have you proven that Gaston Javier Algard is notable? I don't think so. And you can not have the article simply "out of the Articles for deletion page". That discussion will be closed by the admins once consensus has been reached, with either a "delete" or "keep". Just to let you know that I have declined a couple of your nominations for speedy deletion (Philippine Normal University – Agusan del Sur Army ROTC and Emilio Aguinaldo College ROTC) as educational institutions are not legible for speedy deletion under WP:CSD#A7. I can only by what is on the page for a description, and make my best judgement based on that. Both describes themselves as training units, which makes them educational institutes, albeit borderline cases.
