Notice

The article LD Sharma has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of independent notability. Fails WP:BIO and WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Disclosure required[edit]

Information icon

Hello Neerajmadhuria72014. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, such as the edit you made to LD Sharma, and that you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to Black hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Neerajmadhuria72014. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Neerajmadhuria72014|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message. GSS (talk|c|em) 08:55, 12 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

In the beginning of the article I have disclosed my connection with LD Sharma, but He is connected to me as I am his PR.... but I am not being paid for it separately, I am doing it because I am part of Shoogloo. Sir I am even willing to put neutrality. I am finding few archive sources from Hindustan Times and few of his TV appearances what is best method nuetral way.... Even I have talked to NDTV and India Today to un archive his old interviews to give them as references. Sir Add to it, if John Robert Porter is notable? then why LD is not....because both are owners of same company

File permission problem with File:LDSharmaphoto.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:LDSharmaphoto.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

Image source problem with File:India News Haryana.jpg[edit]

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:India News Haryana.jpg.

This image is a derivative work, containing an "image within an image". Examples of such images would include a photograph of a sculpture, a scan of a magazine cover, or a screenshot of a computer game or movie. In each of these cases, the rights of the creator of the original image must be considered, as well as those of the creator of the derivative work.

While the description page states who made this derivative work, it currently doesn't specify who created the original work, so the overall copyright status is unclear. If you did not create the original work depicted in this image, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright.

If you have uploaded other derivative works, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F4 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 20:08, 20 December 2018 (UTC). If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. About reliable sources[edit]

Below are some information about reliable sources. For information on referencing citations in Wikipedia articles, see Help:Footnotes, Wikipedia:Inline citation, and Help:Referencing for beginners.

What are reliable sources?[edit]

Reliable sources are sources that provide factual and neutral information that you can rely on when writing your article. Independent, secondary professional-published mainstream academic or journalistic sources are considered as reliable sources. Several newspapers, magazines and other news organisations host blogs which may be acceptable sources if the writers are professionals, but use them with caution because the blog may not be subject to the news organization's normal fact-checking process.

Examples:

If you have questions or want to discuss the reliability of a specific source, you may visit the reliable sources noticeboard.

What are non-reliable sources?[edit]

Non-reliable sources are sources that provides biased or questionable information. These should be generally avoided to use in your article. Sources that have poor reputation for checking the facts, lacking meaningful editorial oversight, have an apparent conflict of interest are considered non-reliable sources. Sources that are self-published or can be edited by the general public are also not reliable. Because of this, Wikipedia is not a reliable source and you should never cite any Wikipedia articles.

Examples:

Why we need to provide reliable sources?[edit]

How can I find reliable sources?[edit]

Google is your friend. Don't cite the search page, cite the address for specific results. Google Books, Google scholar, and Google News are especially useful, just make sure that the publisher is reputable.

We try to avoid a definitive list of what sources always are good because it can vary based on the situation. Still, the community is quite clear that some select sources are usually good and some sources are almost always bad.

Regards,

Abelmoschus Esculentus (talkcontribs) 15:20, 9 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

You must follow WP:PAID/WP:COI. You have stated above you are a PR agent for Shoogloo Group. This means when you write about clients of the company and the company itself you must take content through AfC. Your continued moving of drafts back to mainspace yourself is disruptive and if you do so again will end up in you being blocked. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 03:57, 10 January 2019 (UTC) I am not paid editor, though I have close connection with Shoogloo, but rest of articles are not having connection with shoogloo.[reply]

1) Ajay Shukla (I do not know who he is) neither Ajay is client of shoogloo 2) EverlyWell (It should be deleted because I posted the article because of message of a one of their employer on my FB page, but I have not been paid) I told them to donate directly to Wikipedia 3) Kartikeya Sharma (I know him because of his connection with ITV network, that I only knew because of working over wikipedia--Neerajmadhuria72014 (talk) 12:51, 10 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, so you know Kartikeya Sharma becasue of his connection with ITV, but you don't know Ajay Shukla who work for the same company and posted a link to his Wikipedia page on his Facebook a few days after when it was created by you and why you uploaded his image with {{OTRS pending}}? Regarding EverlyWell you first claimed on my talk page that what area of conflict? I am from Health Industry and see I have revealed my identity. I am pharmacist and dietitian and EverlyWell is notable in health Industry after being listed by Forbes and now you are saying I posted the article because of message of a one of their employer on my FB page so can you please explain which statement is true and why they asked "you" to create a Wikipedia on your Facebook page? GSS (talk|c|em) 13:56, 10 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Even I don't know why is it happening? how they came to know my existance over wikipedia may be because of same name. yes originally I am pharmacist. Even I can give you snapshots when they came to me and I refused getting payments. This is even not known to me how they got to know that I am on Wikipedia? Sometimes I am thinking that someone from Wikipedia is trying to get me out of Wikipedia Because If these people are true, then why they are not connecting me over gmail, Linkedin or my profile but they are approaching me over my FB page, through which I am promoting myself as "dietitian" not as a PR expert. Wikipedia is just my passion not my profession. I have met Mr LD Sharma only once not many times. I am not an employee. He met me for having dietitian advice because he has diabetes, In words we talked about Wikipedia and he told me to make Wikipedia If I can so i disclosed my connection as pr expert. I am not professional PR expert. I was very new at that time on Wikipedia. I do not know to use it. But I failed in getting his article over their because of lack of references. --Neerajmadhuria72014 (talk) 14:43, 10 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
1. Ajay Shukla happened because I was watching his interview with CM. So thought making his article could establish my profile. I took wikipedia seriously. Which is my fault I think. 2. EverlyWell should be deleted they have connected me over FB page. 3. Karikeya Sharma I know him because he has come to our college for a shoot, I was coordinating with them with my teachers. I don't know personally both Ajay and Kartikeya. --Neerajmadhuria72014 (talk) 14:43, 10 January 2019 (UTC) 4.OTRS is pending because I used his image from google images . I donot know the technicality of any image licenses that is why it is pending. So I used that user has given me to use the image.--Neerajmadhuria72014 (talk) 14:47, 10 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion discussion about India News Haryana[edit]

Hello, Neerajmadhuria72014,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Nathan2055 and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, India News Haryana should be deleted. Your comments are welcome over Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/India News Haryana .

You might like to note that such discussions usually run for seven days and are not ballot-polls. And, our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Nathan2055}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Image without license[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:Marc Thorpe 02.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Marc Thorpe 02.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 06:46, 14 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for the calculation of the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. File permission problem with File:Nihad web image.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Nihad web image.png. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. February 2019[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
