Request reason:

I wish to enter dispute resolution and emailing arbcom is just an excuse that doesn't work. Evidence that I have some profound to say: The administrator who started this banning affair has resigned in response to my wife's request for him fix it. Rather than fix it, he resigned. He emailed my wife telling her that her request has prompted his resignation. This is like when a disgraced official commits suicide. So there is a reason to open up this inquiry. Thank you. If the administrator were right, he would not have resigned. Just because I make this request of you, you don't resign -- see my point.
