Is this article biased in favor of material on Queen's Park? Should the history section be subbed since at the moment parts feel like 'so what'?

There are several sections devoted to totally obscure history that doesn't serve to really tell us anything significant about Castleford?

I'm tempted to edit - but don't want to put people's noses out of joint. :)

What do you think?

Regarding Castleford, that's fine, but the article isn't "mine" as such - Wikipedia is an open source project and nobody has ownership of articles. Your comments on the town left for me are perfectly fine outside of article space, but on the article remember to cite your sources at all times. Hope that helps and good luck. --Jza84 |  Talk  19:06, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Castleford[edit]

If you're keen on writing up a great article on Castleford, there is only one page I can recommend: WP:UKCITIES. It's our content and layout guide on how to write about settlements in the UK. I don't know much, if anything about the town - I only editted it in passing. I hope WP:UKCITIES helps towards the converage of the town, --Jza84 |  Talk  19:29, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
