Kingdom of Portugal Portugal In 1910 by a coup d'état led by Teófilo Braga.
Russian Empire Russia In 1917 by the Russian Revolution led by Vladimir Lenin.
Kingdom of Montenegro Montenegro In 1918 by the Podgorica Assembly and Montenegro was united with Serbia.
German Empire Germany In 1918 after defeat in World War I and the following German Revolution.
Austria-Hungary Austria-Hungary In 1918 but Charles I renounced participation in state affairs, but did not abdicate the thrones but tried to reclaim the throne of Hungarian throne twice until died in 1922.
Austria Monarchy officially abolished by the Treaty of Saint-Germain-en-Laye on 10 September 1919.
Hungary Monarchy restored in 1920, although the throne remained vacant with a Regent.
Kingdom of Greece Greece In 1924 after the Second Republic was proclaimed and the referendum abolished the monarchy, the restored in 1935 by a referendum.
Principality of Albania Albania In 1925 by Ahmet Zogu, restored as a Kingdom in 1928.
Restoration (Spain) Spain In 1931 when the Second Republic was proclaimed on 14 April 1931, restored in 1947 (De jure) and 1975 (De facto)
Albanian Kingdom (1928–1939) Albania In 1939 after King Zog fled and formally abolished in 1946 by the Communists.
Italian protectorate of Albania (1939–1943) Albania In 1943 after the Italians joined the Allies.
