USRD newsletter[edit]
In theory, the publication deadline was four days ago, but that's only a suggested goal. Anyway, WP:WikiProject U.S. Roads/Newsletter/Newsroom is where submissions to the newsletter are made, and if you'd like to add something there for Louisiana, it will run in this quarter's issue later this month. (Publication is on hold until some Wikimania-related stuff for USRD is finalized and the required sections are done up.) Imzadi 1979 → 02:53, 20 July 2012 (UTC)
- Added some information about the state route project that is being done. I do have an appointment with a lady from the state library, who pulled some newspaper articles on ferry routes in the state, and that information will be added as needed. Mcdonaat 23:05, 20 July 2012 (UTC)

Re:Proposed deletion of PR 117[edit]
Per WP:USRD/NT, county/parish roads are usually regarded as not being notable enough for their own articles. However, they may be covered in lists. Dough4872 02:18, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
- So, in a nutshell, I should do a list of mini-articles? If so, it would be easy to create a list of every major signed parish road in certain parishes. 'Mcdonaat → 02:19, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
- That can work. See List of county routes in Hudson County, New Jersey for what the table should look like. NJ and NY use this design to cover their county routes. Dough4872 02:21, 4 September 2012 (UTC)

Since we're dealing with just one road for the parish, honestly, I'd leave it alone. However, I kinda caution against making too many PR articles at the moment. - I was going to just take the actual signed parish roads in the state and make one list. See List of county roads in Brevard County, Florida as an example: the shields are already made, and signed routes aren't a problem to create IF they're signed. 'Mcdonaat → 02:33, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
