A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Hotmobile is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hotmobile until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a business listing directory or a place for people or companies to tell the world about themselves. Articles have to be of enough general interest for an encyclopedia article: the Wikipedia term for that is Notability, which is not a matter of opinion but needs to be demonstrated by showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have people not connected with the subject thought it significant enough to write substantial comment about? More detail in Notability (organizations and companies).
The references you gave were two list entries, an advertisement, and your LinkedIn page. That shows that the company exists, but just existing is not enough to have a Wikipedia article. Four experienced editors at the deletion discussion agreed that the article did not qualify.
The reference to your language did not refer to your writing in English, there is no problem with that, but to your use of the second person, "we" and "our", which implied that your account represented a group, which is not allowed - Wikipedia accounts must be for individuals only, who are personally responsible for them.
Also, articles must be written from a neutral point of view, and so people are strongly discouraged from writing about themselves or their own organizations, because of the conflict of interest involved. If the only ones interested in writing about a company are its own people, that in itself throws doubt on whether it is notable. I repeat that Wikipedia is not here to tell the world about anything; an encyclopedia only summarises what has already been written by independent reliable sources.
For more advice read the WP:FAQ/Organizations and the WP:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide. Before you spend any more effort on this, think hard about notability, because if you cannot demonstrate it, to the standard explained in WP:Notability (summary), you will be wasting your time.
