Runes[edit]

I'm not sure. GW puts less emphasis on equipment, but it certainly has an effect. If anything, I think runes should be mentioned somewhere because of their effect on a build and their tradeoff between stronger skills and health. Welcome to Esperanza[edit]

Welcome, Master of Puppets/Talk/Archive/Archive2, to Esperanza, the Wikipedia member association! As you might know, all the Esperanzians share one important goal: the success of this encyclopedia. Within that, we then attempt to strengthen the community bonds, and be the "approachable" side of the project. All of our ideals are held in the Charter, the governing document of the association.

Now that you are a member, you might be interested in some of our programs. A quite important program is the StressUnit, which seeks to support editors who have encountered any stress from their Wikipedia events, and are seeking to leave the project. So far, Esperanza can be credited with the support and retention of several users. We have a calendar of special events, member birthdays, and other holidays that you can add to and follow.

In addition to these projects, several more missions of Esperanza are in development, and are currently being created at Esperanza/Possibles.

I encourage you to take an active voice in the running of Esperanza. We have a small government system, headed by our Administrator general, Celestianpower, and guided by the Advisory Committee , KnowledgeOfSelf, JoanneB, Titoxd and FireFox. The elections have ended.

If you have any other questions, concerns, comments, or general ideas, Esperanzian or otherwise, know that you can always contact me via email or talk page. Alternatively, you could communicate with fellow users via our IRC channel, #wikipedia-esperanza (which is also good for a fun chat or two :). I am User:Slipknot222, friend of Moe epsilon. If you see on his talk and user page, he has his name up there and all his stuff outlined, and i tried to get it like that. If you can help, please reply, he refered me to you, and you look like you are an expert a t this stuff, i really don't want it just like his but ya know, Slipknot222 in green, and like if you can, one half on the square blue and the other one orange, gators colors if ya know what i mean. Well, I was 5'0 at 12, 5'4 at 13, then the huge growth spurt. I don't have that much weight because as I said, I grew very quickly. I also have a high metabolism, so I barely gain fat. And don't hold it against me, I didn't choose to be tall and skinny :P --M o P 02:17, 10 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I forget when my big growth spurt was. I used to be 160# until I took medication that had the side-effect of lowering my metabolism (grrr). I'll take tall any skinny and day of the week instead of 20ish pounds overweight. My humble opinion: (1) Get rid of the table of contents, as it's taking up some space your userboxes could occupy. (2) Don't contain your "Me stuff" in a box template (which comes with fixed width attributes). Status Changer[edit]

If entered the code correctly and everything, you should see a new feature at the top of your user page next to the log out function. It says:

online|busy|offline

Whenever you want to change your status you click it and it will auto change it for you. As for the way it is on your user page, you make like a template such as in your case:

{{User:Master of Puppets/status}}

Whenever you change your status, it will say whatever you clicked (online, busy, or offline) like it does on my user page. If you want me to do it, I can help. Moe ε 04:18, 13 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

History of Music Publishing[edit]

This page is used by permission. The author, Nicholas Firth (Chairman and CEO, BMG Music Publishing), asked me to excerpt and upload the text of a speech he gave to a business class at Belmont University in 2004. His speech is a great in-depth history and development of music publishing and the music publishing industry on a global level. The speech was researched and written by Mr. Firth.
