Segmentation of a STV count[edit]

The terminology of segmentation refers to the grouping and segmentation of votes in the process of distributing preferences. Under the Hare-Clark last bundle system votes are segmented into parcels or bundles based on the order in which they are received. Under the Australian Senatorial rules votes are aggregated and segmented based on the value of each vote. Segmentation came about as a way of breaking down the counting process in order to facilitate a manual count. I the process it created distortions and inequality on the counting process. Ideally there should be no segmentation and all votes should be transferred in one single transaction and not broken down into segmented sections. List of democratic schools[edit]

Please don't restore those entries back to the article. Wikipedia is not meant to list everything. If the school is notable enough to have an article, then it can be listed. Hello, Martinwilke1980. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
