Speedy deletion of Hands Held High[edit]

A tag has been placed on Hands Held High, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

This article doesn't really add anything that's not already stated in the album article. As it's not yet been a single there's not a compelling reason to have an article for it all on its own.

If it is to be kept, a complete rewrite is probably in order to make this at least readable and encyclopædic in style. I also don't think we should comment upon interpretations of the lyrics, as in their recent interview with Rock Sound magazine the band have stated that all of the songs can be read in several different ways.

Don't get me wrong. I think this is a great song. But this is a poor article and doesn't really serve a purpose.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet very basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. The words are just copied from the artist page, there is not enough information to warrant an album page at this point and it should not occupy an ambiguous title at any rate.
