October 2015[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to Game Shakers, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. Amaury (talk) 01:05, 4 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at (list of W.I.T.S. Academy episodes). Your edits continue to constitute vandalism and have been automatically reverted.

  • If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • ClueBot NG makes very few mistakes, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been considered as unconstructive, please read about it, report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • If you need help, please see our help pages, and if you can't find what you are looking for there, please feel free to place {{Help me}} on your talk page and someone will drop by to help.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: (list of W.I.T.S. Academy episodes) was changed by Mariella Gemma (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.921651 on 2015-10-04T05:32:50+00:00 .

Steven Universe edits[edit]

Hi, I notice you've been making some edits to Steven Universe articles that pretty much mirror those of a previous anonymous editor. If that anonymous editor was you, that's fine. However, I wanted to clarify that most of these contributions aren't completely constructive. I left a note earlier on the talk page of an anonymous editor who may or may not have been you, but even if it was your IP it's quite likely you didn't see it, so I'll link it here. Plot summaries are a pretty minor part of an article on an episode of a television show, and while, of course, they should have a certain level of quality and accuracy, it's not completely vital to include every detail.

One more thing, it's helpful to use an edit summary to notify others of the changes you're making. This is a key way to explain your changes, which is important in a collaborative work like Wikipedia that depends on communication between editors. Thanks, Boomur [] 21:42, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm sorry to have to revert you, but your contributions are not constructive; they generally reduce rather than improve the quality of the text. Please consider working on something else if you are repeatedly reverted. You should also, as mentioned above, engage in communication, or you won't be able to work here in a collaborative environment.  Sandstein  18:50, 11 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, once again please do not continue to make the same changes after they have been reverted by another user. If you still think that these are improvements, then please discuss it on the talk pages of the articles in question so that we can hash out the best solution. These repeated edits are becoming disruptive, and even though I realize that isn't your intention, failing to yield could result in a temporary block from any editing. Disambiguation link notification for October 12[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of Steven Universe characters, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Beachside. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

October 2015[edit]

Information icon Hi there! Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Steven the Sword Fighter does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! Bilorv(talk)(c)(e) 15:17, 16 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. Your edits have been reverted or removed.

Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. Boomur [] 02:32, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
