The English, or the Russian? Because they don't agree with each other...

this is what I get for the proper translation of the Russian: 

 Great Russia has forcibly united us
 Into an unstable union of conquered republics
 [Thereby] creating the Soviet regime
 With blood spilled and per devil's will
