Personal Attack on Wikipedia Using inflammatory Words[edit]

The Legal language of this article cannot be put forth by me as good as it has been put here in the referenced article by the newspaper, "Deccan Chronicle". Legally a newspaper article can be quoted anywhere on the web , blogs , Wikipedia included. My only mistake was that I did not write - "Quote".

There was no need for this editor's hackles to rise , and it seems he is Reliance himself . As is Chandra Babu Naidu , extremely corrupt - but as they say you cannot call even a hyena , a hyena - unless proved guilty, by court. If you use your own words , it seems you hold a personal grudge , where it is only in National Interest , where millions of lives are at stake , that you are reporting matters.

Wikipedia has to report the latest status of Chandra Babu Naidu and also past cases , as he is a public figure , responsible and answerable to his state , as well as the Union of India , in a Democracy. People are risking their lives fighting evil organized crime in India with petitions in court , against highly corrupt corporate houses who have the executive of India in their evil jute bags, throwing the lives of millions in jeopardy.

Quote[edit]

- "Deccan Chronicle - Dated - March 11, 2014, 08.03 am IST " DC CORRESPONDENT http://www.deccanchronicle.com/

"The allotment of gas exploration contracts in the Krishna Godavari basin to Reliance Industries Ltd came under the judicial scanner on Monday,10th of March in 2014. The AP High Court issued notices to the Centre and the state government, the director-general of hydrocarbons and also to Reliance Industries on a public interest litigation filed by Mr Palem Srikanth Reddy, president of Janapalana Party and an NRI from Kadapa district. Mr Reddy urged the court to order a CBI probe into the allocation of the D6 Block in the KG Basin to Reliance Industries by the Centre and the state governments, then headed by the BJP and the Telugu Desam, in 2000.

He said that Mr Chandrababu Naidu, who was convener of the National Democratic Alliance in 2000, was instrumental in Reliance bagging the contract. He alleged that all political parties had connived in awarding the contract to RIL against the interests of AP.

The petitioner alleged that RIL had bagged the contract with the support of Mr Naidu who had not tried to ensure that Reliance supplied gas to the state. He told the court that RIL had allegedly scuttled the chances of the state government in availing of its legitimate share of gas from the KG Basin."

Not the last known case[edit]

October 26:1977. Last natural smallpox case in, Merca, Somalia.[1]

This picture is not of the last known case. Why did you say it was? This picture is from 1969 [3] Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 10:16, 5 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

We already state in the body of the article "The last naturally occurring case of indigenous smallpox (Variola minor) was diagnosed in Ali Maow Maalin, a hospital cook in Merca, Somalia, on 26 October 1977.[20] The last naturally occurring case of the more deadly Variola major had been detected in October 1975 in a two-year-old Bangladeshi girl,Rahima Banu.[25]" Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 11:11, 5 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. As I am working to stop , heinous international crime which is killing innocent people in India to loot their belongings and property with "DRUG MAFIA"."BUILDER MAFIA", who work with Khalistan and PLO terrorists , and have wrecked havoc on the police and press, I have copied and pasted only in those articles where it is documented and relevant to show the source language to establish authenticity of the Wikipedia posts. Paraphrasing would have destroyed the authenticity and by law one can use newspaper articles. Also articles where the people who have written books have long since deceased and there is serious danger of their works being obliterated by the publishers themselves. Such is the level of crime now-a-days to destroy documented evidence, and works of Hindu theologians. I am not just a Wikipedia poster but want to show that other reliable people have posted similar matter. Sometimes I have used the word QUOTE and also italics. Request for unblocking to update information on Terror affecting millions.[edit]

Please unblock my editing on Wikipedia as I am doing research concerning the Indian Police and Judiciary under the aegis of the Indian Evidence Act of 1872 , for the introduction of "Forensic Psychology ", in the India Legal System to sensitize and make judgments objective and prevent looting of banks, and thus have knowledge to prevent terror attacks on innocent public , irrespective of caste or creed. I belong to an Indian Army family and have knowledge passed to me from generations. I always give references for my editing. You can undo my edits. But please do not block me in the name of copyright violations. I always put quotation marks if I take material from other websites, which sometimes is necessary to show authentic source of edit.

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Ugog Nizdast (talk) 12:20, 19 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable sources[edit]

Thank you for including a website link when adding a date of birth to Anita Raj. Note, however, that the website does not meet Wikipedia's reliable source criteria, especially for biography articles. Celebrity profile websites are tertiary sources which take their information from various mediums and often include user-generated content. Reliable sources, on the other hand, have a reputation for stringent fact-checking and accuracy.--Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 16:41, 16 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia History itself will confirm the date of birth as 13 August 1962, if you go through it. It was reverted. Being important for me presently, I included the date of birth. All my edits however, are not based on Wikipedia history! They concern my work. I have added two references for cross checking. Bollywood celebrities profiles are all on simple websites. So better to include more references ! Mamta Jagdish Dhody (talk) 17:19, 16 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This is not the way it works. When content is disputed and removed citing concerns with accuracy, you must include a reliable source before it can be restored. You just added two more celebrity profile websites which cannot be used as I explained in my first note to you above. Per policy, do not continue to add the date until a reliable source becomes available. --Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 17:27, 16 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
You are still adding information that is not supported by reliable sources (please click this link and read through all of it!). Per WP:DOB "With identity theft a serious ongoing concern, people increasingly regard their full names and dates of birth as private. COMPLIANT TO WIKIPEDIA - UNETHICAL REVERSION OF EDITS*INDIAN GOVERNMENT COMPANY-UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY PAGE FINISHED FROM WIKIPEDIA.[edit]

This is to complain to Wikipedia that my edits on neglected articles which had no matter and my edits on strategically significant articles are being reverted, which are a serious loss to the data base of Wikipedia. It is also to bring to the notice of Wikipedia that an entire page on a government company of India - *United India Insurance Company*, was finished from Wikipedia, which had inputs from many. It is my request to Wikipedia to re-instate the page, as it is, along with the history, as the company is strategically important to India and its security.[4][5] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_insurance_companies_in_India Mamta Jagdish Dhody (talk) 17:57, 16 March 2016 (UTC).[reply]

Re: Release dates of Hindi Movies[edit]

First of all, IMDb is not considered to be a reliable source specially with regards to release dates, see WP:CITINGIMDB. Secondly with regards to Murder, I have identified two release dates. Bollywood Hungama mentions the release date as 2 April 2004, whereas BBFC says it released on 16 April 2004. Interestingly, the India Today review came out on 19 April 2004 forcing me to believe that the 16 April date seems to be more accurate.- Managerarc talk 12:02, 24 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

July 2016[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Brahmin. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Muffled Pocketed 20:51, 9 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Final warning[edit]

You have consistently shown that you don't have the competence to edit Wikipedia and follow our policies. Today it was a BLP violation at Sonia Gandhi that was dubiously sourced to a forum post and a blog post. Unless you show some evidence of your ability to edit in keeping with our policies you will be blocked. This has been going on for far too long and wasting the time of others who have to clean up these messes of yours. —SpacemanSpiff 20:51, 9 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

My edits are not such that you can use as such, "You have consistently shown that you don't have the competence " just because I highlighted the corruption of a woman turned man, whose evil will finish this world with nuclear war!

A tag has been placed on File:Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in US House of Representatives.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted content borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —SpacemanSpiff 21:07, 9 July 2016 (UTC) Why should i feel anything for something which is on record ? (विस्तार से सफर के अगले पड़ाव में) Mamta Jagdish Dhody (talk) 19:54, 25 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, re: this edit you made in August, we don't use random websites or faceless blogs as sources of information at Wikipedia. That's a super-basic concept here. We only care what mainstream published sources with established reputations for fact-checking and accuracy have to say about anything. If you plan to edit at Wikipedia you need to be familiar with our reliable sources guidelines. And for a general list of sites that are and are not generally considered reliable in the context of Indian cinema, please see this page. This is not an all-inclusive or all-exclusive list. Please refrain from misuse of my talk page. Hi. I have fixed your latest edit by removing the multiple unreliable references (which you had already been told about) and correctly formatting the single reliable reference that you included. Please read Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources before making any more edits, because if you persist in doing this I will have to remove your edits. Deb (talk) 16:57, 5 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

All my edits are from history pages and I have included newspaper archives also. You are removing my edit again and again for some reason or the other and when I have justified your objections by providing more references, still you have removed my edit and very smoothly made it your own. Everything remains same, but you have made the edit yours. It is very mean of you. But I do not mind as the information was important and at least the edit is in place. I think you are ragging me ! Mamta Jagdish Dhody (talk) 17:12, 5 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Do you understand what I mean by a Wikipedia mirror site? You tried to use at least three of these as "references" - do you understand why that's not allowed? Deb (talk) 18:15, 5 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Charan[edit]

Hi, I've removed this, which includes a source that you added and I previously had to remove. We need more information regarding exactly what those sources are, and they need to support exactly what we say. It might be best to discuss it on the article talk page. - Sitush (talk) 06:02, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Continued use of unreliable sources == == Messing up of talk page[edit]

Hi Mamta Jagdish Dhody. I noticed your recent edits to Dayananda Saraswati and have reverted them because they rely upon unreliable sources. Fabhotels.com, Thefamouspeople.com, and Culturalindia.net don't appear reliable in general, while the khabar.ndtv.com reference is questionable.

I suggest using article talk pages to discuss potential references and make edit requests. This will help you learn Wikipedia better, while avoiding the repeated notices here. --Ronz (talk) 19:42, 12 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It is deplorable that you can use such words for me, seeing the number of edits I have made. What appears unreliable to you, will seem reliable to others. The information I have put in is 100 percent correct. If you have reverted it - fine. Do not mess up my talk page. Rather refer both my information and sources to others. I am not reverting the edit that you have messed up. Let others judge the authenticity of my information and add it to Wikipedia. Thanks. Disambiguation link notification for October 16[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Jagdish Prasad Mathur, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Lotus. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Shiva Uranium moved to draftspace[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Shiva Uranium. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and this cannot serve as a transparent pretext of just bashing on the Guptas - we need content about the mine, not about the Gupta/Zuma complex. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Elmidae (talk · contribs) 18:56, 31 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
