The license tag on the page (http://autarmota.blogspot.in/2013/01/dara-shikoh-garden-of-bijbehara-kashmir.html]) which contains this image is a free one, but it is a Creative Commons CC-BY-NC-ND license (clicking on it takes you to this page) which says that the image cannot be used for commercial purposes, nor can any derivative works (modifications) be created from it. Wikipedia does not allow the use of images or text with such restrictive licenses — the only ones allowed are those that allow any kind of use, including commercial and derivative use (for example, CC-BY-SA or CC-BY).

If the image is your own work, you must release it under a license compatible for Wikipedia such as one of those mentioned above and mention that on the source page, before you can upload it here.
