2016 Art And Feminism Wikipedia Editathon @ CCA[edit]

Arts+Feminism logo
Hi Maherkr It was great editing with you!
Thank you for attending the Art+Feminism edit-a-thon at the California College of the Arts Simpson Library and, especially, for your fantastic work creating the Jill Posener article!

--Circa73 (talk)

Hi, Katherine. I was at the Art+Feminism edit-a-thon and did not realize you were there too until I saw this post from Circa73 today. I checked out the Jill Posener article and it turns out that you and I are the only two significant editors so far! Check out the edit history. It looks like you picked up right when I left off, but we still avoided the dreaded edit conflict. Okay, see you around the wikis! Happy editing! Cheers! {{u|Checkingfax}} {Talk} 08:49, 16 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Katherine, I was thinking that if you wanted to get a handle on article content and quality of en.wp, you might be interested in judging (or entering) the Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, which Anthere has set up. Incidentally I've been involved with most article creation areas (WP:FAC, WP:GAN, DYK mainly, as well as wikiprojsects and running the core and stub contests, oh, and some arming, if you want any input from any other areas. cheers, Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 14:50, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Credits due: I am only one of the people setting it up...
Which reminds me... Katherine... you remember there was a picture taken of both of us together near the tent in Esino. Sadly, the person who took the picture did not upload it on Commons :(((( We submitted yesterday our first interim report for Wikipedia:WikiProject Wiki Loves Women to the Goethe Institut (our partner) and we were able to put the cool picture of User:Patricio.lorente with our tee-shirt but not yourssssss. Hope you are doing well. Anthere (talk) 18:46, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

WMF CEO[edit]

Hi! If you’re still around in your personal capacity, could you update your user page (I mean this one)? It still says you’re the executive director of WMF, which is sadly no longer true. —Tacsipacsi (talk) 22:47, 2 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there @Tacsipacsi:! Thanks for reminding me to clean this up. All done :) Maherkr (talk) 23:49, 19 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
