I'm seeing this as almost meeting notability, but it's not a sure bet. It might be better to wait until her book is out and reviewed. The problem is that many of the references here are interviews, and therefore are not third-party sources. The statement "first recipe at the age of 4" is something she herself says in an interview, so it cannot be included in the article as a fact, although I suppose you could phrase it: "in an interview she says that ...." Also, are there reviews of the restaurant that talk about her? Those might help.
