The source you restored, "Why does Israel supply Gaza with electricity and cement?", is an opinion piece, not a news article. Per WP:NEWSORG, a section of Wikipedia's guideline concerning reliable sources, opinion pieces are not considered reliable sources for statements of fact.

"http://www.newyorklawjournal.com/default-search-page-layout" is not a journal reference but just a search page, and searching for "Hillel Neuer" there gets no hits. Did you even look at that before you copy-pasted the URL? Where can I find the New York Law Journal mentioned on that page? By the way, that's not a reliable source anyway.
