Quick pointer[edit]

Hey, Lookskywatcher! I noticed your contribution to SongNet, and just wanted to point out that Wikipedia has a easy way to make one title point to an already existing article. You can create a redirect by typing #REDIRECT on the first line of the edit box, followed by a link (with two square brackets, as you normally would) to the page you want to send the title to. This can also be done by clicking in your edit toolbar. I've redirected SongNet to Los Angeles Songwriters Network, since that seemed to be what you wanted to do. Let me know if you have any questions, and happy editing! Hersfold (t/a/c) 00:06, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Whoa[edit]

Hold on there, bud! Do you have any consensus for all these recent moves? Just because, while I appreciate boldness as much as the next Joe Cool, this might be a bit much if you're planning on moving every page. Master of Puppets 21:08, 28 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion about page moves[edit]

FYI, I asked about your recent page moves at WT:WPMUSIC#Consensus for page moves? Thanks. Wknight94 talk 21:09, 28 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Songwriters Network[edit]

The article Songwriters Network has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I can see how individual networks may be notable based on their history and membership, but I believe the concept of networks as described here is not notable. The article has been an orphan for 7 years and not even been edited in more than 5 years, so I think this is a very good indication of a lack of notability of the topic.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
