This is a reply to your edit summary: satisfies notability as artist is notable; please discuss at talk page or AfD before redirecting again. I'd like to say, that is completely false; just because the musician is notable doesn't mean the song is notable. Per WP:NSONGS, "Songs that have been ranked on national or significant music charts, that have won significant awards or honors or that have been performed independently by several notable artists, bands or groups are probably notable." The song does not meet the criteria, so should be redirected to "a prominent album or for the artist who wrote or prominently performed the song", as stated in WP:NSONGS. - By that logic, no future single would ever be notable until it charted, but coverage of future singles is clearly envisaged in WP:NSONGS.
