Lolasaffy, please do not make test edits. Also, did you not read the note at 2017 Atlantic hurricane season? There is a note explaining why Irma is not the strongest storm. Maria is because it has a lower minimum central pressure, as the intensity of the storm is determined by its mbars, not its wind speed.

The edit to 2017 Atlantic hurricane season does not answer the question of WHY DID YOU VANDALIZE ALL OF THOSE OTHER PAGES? Lolasaffy Hello there. I want to apologize for shouting at you. Also, I want to acknowledge that your edit to 2017 Atlantic hurricane season was not vandalism, but rather a good faith edit that I mistook for vandalism due to your other edits about Typhoon Tip and the 2019 EPAC season and such. After the block, you're still welcome to edit hurricane article-Wikipedia is a free encyclopedia that anyone can edit-but hurricane article editors take deep pride in their articles. Just to let you know.

For 2019 Pacific hurricane season, Youtube is still not a reliable source. I recommend you place your sources in this talk page justifying that Barbara is indeed a Category 5. Adding information that is unsourced or sourced from your own or your friend's youtube channel is counted as distruptive editing. And yeah, I do watch hurricane channels like Tropical Tidbits or Direct Weather or Force Thirteen, so I'm not "stupid". Yes. I'm chalking this debacle up to over exuberance rather than willful vandalism. You could use this time to read the link pages in the welcome and take the tutorial, if being blocked does not prevent it. You might want to avoid hurricane articles. Force13 is not a reliable source, it is run by someone with no known credentials who started the site as a teenager. Anyone can go on the internet and write information about hurricanes. All information pertaining to hurricane intensity for the Atlantic and Eastern Pacific basins comes from the National Hurricane Center without exception. ~ Cyclonebiskit (chat) 00:14, 29 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
