LCT Lawyers

Hello and thanks for following up with me.

I had a look at your other articles and all suggest notability for a number of reasons and cite multiple sources. In contrast, LCT lawyers has won one award and you cite one article in an industry related publication to establish notability. I don't think this one citation amounts to significant coverage and there is nothing inherently notable about the law firm notwithstanding the one award. According to the guidelines on general notability

If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, it is presumed to satisfy the inclusion criteria for a stand-alone article or stand-alone list.

"Significant coverage" means that sources address the subject directly in detail, so no original research is needed to extract the content. Significant coverage is more than a trivial mention but it need not be the main topic of the source material.

This article, unlike the others you directed me to, falls short in my view and therefore, at the moment, can only be promotional. If I can be of any further assistance, please reach me at my talk page. Best Regards, Snowysusan (talk) 12:08, 22 November 2012 (UTC)

I haven't heard back from you yet after my follow-up email, but I have made further substantial edits to my article following your comments.

May I ask whether the article now meets your criteria and follows that of other similar articles? If so, may I ask what the process is now? Do you reverse the declined status? Or do I create a new article and start from scratch?

Otherwise, I would be grateful if you could inform me what further changes need to be made.
