Band or group

Why do you keep moving band pages? (I.e. the moved from Coming of Age (band) to Coming of Age (group)? A band is a group of people who make music. A group is less specific. Please stop moving pages to ...(group) pages. This is not in keeping with the norm at Wikipedia, and is not helpful. The move of Blaque to Blaque (group) is particularly problematic, as the page, at its original location, presented no problems and does not need a disambiguating phrase. Hello LL- Here are a couple general editing notes you might consider:

• When you make a change to an article, please provide an edit summary. Doing so makes it easier for your colleagues here to understand the intention of your edit.
• Plus, it will be easier for you and your co-editors to collaborate on articles if, instead of making multiple consecutive edits in rapid succession on an article, you use the "Show preview" button to view your changes incrementally before finally saving the page once you're satisfied with your edits. Your edits

Hi there. You seem to make a lot of edits that are, for lack of a better description, either pointless (like replacing en dash glyphs with en dash code) or unhelpful, such as subjective changes from "References" to "Notes" and so on. Could you please at least try to use an edit summary that explains your changes so people know what you're trying to accomplish? This is disappointing Lindenhurst Liberty as you told me in the section "Birth/date templates" above that you had read the advice provided and would no longer make trivial and unnecessary changes to the templates (WP:OVERLINK has also been pointed out to you before, and yet it continues unabated). Do you still not understand that the majority of your edits do not improve the readability of the article whatsoever? Hey Ponyo, I know you been watching me make those same birthdate template edits and I disobeyed you because I told you I wasn't going to edit the birthdate templates no more but I am going to stick to that also I been making other unconstructive edits that do not improve the article I am editing such as changing Notes to References that is not helpful at all and does not correspond with Wikipedia:Neutral point of view as Notes and References are the same thing also I will not be overlinking articles no more because I read WP:OVERLINK and I now know what needs to be linked and what doesn't and I will also use an edit summary before I save an edit to an article so editors on Wikipedia will know what edits I made to the article. Final note

At this point I no longer believe that you have any intention of listening to editors on your talk page with regard to your unnecessary null edits to articles. You have (twice now) stated unequivocally that you would not continue to make unnecessary edits to articles such as changing the case/number format of the birth date age templates and yet it continues unabated to this day. I don't know whether you simply don't care that your edits are unproductive and an irritant to many other users, or whether you are incapable of stopping yourself. Regardless, your continued disregard of the requests of others as well as your dishonesty reflects poorly on you with regard to your ability to edit collaboratively. I've given up in trying to explain these issues to you in hopes that your editing could be directing into a more productive area as you simply won't listen. Hey there! I noticed that you almost never include an edit summary for your edits. FWIW, per WP:FIES: "It is considered good practice to provide a summary for every edit". I second this request, especially since many of your edits have to be reverted for being incorrect. Non-free image resolution

Hi there. I'm curious why you reverted the bot here. Per WP:IMAGERES, non-free images should generally not exceed 0.1 megapixels. Your image was much too large, and the bot did what it was meant to do and resized it down to a lower resolution. Once reduced, the page is tagged so that the larger image is removed from the file history, leaving only the sized-down version. This is done whenever new versions of non-free files are uploaded. We do not retain the history, as the old versions of the files are technically orphaned. I've reverted back to the bot's version and again tagged the file as having orphaned non-free revisions. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
