The source provided (from The New York Times) indicates that the manufacturer (Signature Products) had designed this bullet and was preparing to sell it, but other sources (The Washington Post and The LA Time) indicate that production was first delayed and then possibly cancelled altogether. No verification that this round was ever produced.

"I understand that I was disrupting Wikipedia and not following guidelines. I understand my mistakes now. I will do my best to make sure they don't happen again" is basically content-free. It's something someone would say hoping it is what we want to hear. There's no indication that it's actually true.

I suggest you review your edits, and briefly describe the things you did wrong, and describe what you would do differently. Then it might be an unblock request worth reviewing. Hello, It's me. I last decided to try to appeal for an unblocking 3 years ago. I understand my actions of being disruptive and not following guidelines by revealing personal information and awarding myself multiple barn-stars. I also understand that people were trying to warn me about the consequences and ignored them. But I would also like to state I was a younger at the time of the occurrence 3 years ago and have matured much, much more. So, I am once again requesting to be unblocked. Please. I'd like to see that you can write encyclopedic content. I made this edit a while ago, but I saved it as an example to use; you can see that I did some work on Galactic Empire (Star Wars) to clean it up. I cited sources, added content, and fixed up the article to conform to our content policies. It took a while, but I think I made the article a bit more readable and useful. Now that you've seen an example of what kinds of edits we're looking for, can you give us a broad example of what you'd do? Answer here on your talk page. The best answer to this question, in my opinion, is to suggest an edit similar to mine.
