⚠

Thanks for uploading File:City of Westminster College new campus.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 21:03, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Problems with upload of File:City of Westminster College logo.gif

Thanks for uploading File:City of Westminster College logo.gif. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the information to the image's description. If you can't find a suitable license tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 01:06, 6 January 2011 (UTC)

As you are the PR/media contact for the college, please read & abide by Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines. best regards 94.194.98.168 (talk) 22:26, 7 April 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for your post and the points you make, which are duly noted and accepted. I act as press officer for the College (among other activities). I've taken off the alumni section, which pre-dates my involvement and am endeavouring to clear up other issues. I am acting in good faith and will record my interest by creating a user page. Please let me know if you believe there are other issues with the page that need to be resolved. Best regards Libby Norman.Libby norman (talk) 10:02, 9 April 2011 (UTC)

Hello, I found that picture while editing the article on H. S. Goodhart-Rendel. I do not know any more than appears in the description of that file so have taken it off again.--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 19:22, 6 May 2011 (UTC)

License tagging for File:Rosa Altaica.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Rosa Altaica.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 10:05, 26 May 2011 (UTC)

Regarding "Eastman Memorial Garden, Portland, Oregon, US" under the notable gardens section, I cannot seem to locate this in real life. Is it the Harold Eastman Rose Garden in Hillsboro, Oregon, which is in the Portland area? Thanks. Aboutmovies (talk) 07:27, 26 June 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for pointing this out - a mix up on my part. Have amended the text and also sent you a message. Thanks again.Libby norman 14:24, 26 June 2011 (UTC)

Deletion in Garden Roses

Hi Libby, no apology needed! I thought it looked exactly like a half-baked edit that you had stopped working on, but forgotten that it was still there, and that you'd respond by working on it again if you had meant to do something in that part of the page. Best wishes, Nadiatalent (talk) 16:08, 2 January 2012 (UTC)

Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to Rose garden: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. Callanecc (talkcontribs) talkback (etc) template appreciated. 08:09, 11 July 2012 (UTC)

Thank you for pointing this out. Libby norman
