My edit summary "(Fix birth loc - temp redlink)" should have alerted you to my intention to write the Lower Barrington article soonly. I trust you will fix Teddy when this is done. Downsize43 (talk) 04:28, 31 March 2020 (UTC)

I will. Thank you for alerting me. Lettler (talk) 04:28, 31 March 2020 (UTC)

Vice presidency of Joe Biden

There is consensus that Vice presidency of Joe Biden should be separated from Joe Biden. If you want me to do this in my sandbox instead, that's not a problem. Otherwise, I'll ask that my editing not be reverted. Cheers! --Woko Sapien (talk) 14:45, 30 April 2020 (UTC)

OK. I was mostly reverting for you copyediting from Joe Biden. Lettlerhello 14:47, 30 April 2020 (UTC)

Understandable. Out of curiosity, is there any way I can keep working on the new article without risking automatic reversion (like a template I could add to the top of the page)? The copyedits are sort of inevitable. --Woko Sapien (talk) 14:55, 30 April 2020 (UTC)
Sure. I don't see why not. Lettlerhello 14:55, 30 April 2020 (UTC)

Stub tagging

Hi there - I've noticed a lot of good edits from you on stub sorting, but there's also been a few where you have got it massively wrong. Please can you slow down, take more care, and ask questions if you are unsure? GiantSnowman 15:08, 7 May 2020 (UTC)

OK. Sorry about that. Lettlerhello 15:18, 7 May 2020 (UTC)

No need to apologise, and the vast majority of your tags are really helpful! GiantSnowman 07:13, 10 May 2020 (UTC)
You are still adding the wrong nationality tags to articles. You should only add the tags of their primary nationality, not the country where they have played. GiantSnowman 12:13, 3 June 2020 (UTC)

Tommy Cronin (footballer) moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Tommy Cronin (footballer), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Lapablo (talk) 04:42, 10 May 2020 (UTC)

Stéphane Bourgoin

This person has an extensive article on French Wikipedia (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/St%C3%A9phane_Bourgoin). Sorry if a CNN article wasn't enough to prove it's a notable person.★Trekker (talk) 14:58, 14 May 2020 (UTC)

I have added several sources and information about his career to the article now.★Trekker (talk) 15:11, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
OK. Maybe expand it? Lettlerhello 15:12, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
Thats what I just did. The claim of notability is already established and suported by sources. Even the CNN reference should have been enough. I don't know how knowledgeable you are in Wikipedia GNG guidelines but that which is already there is enough.★Trekker (talk) 15:21, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
  • Speedy declined. A7 does not mean the article needs expansion. Tiderolls

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Sarah Arzu requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ToeFungii (talk) 10:34, 16 May 2020 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for May 21

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sonny Spencer, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Nigg (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Sulfur isotope biogeochemistry page question

Hi Lettler, I'm a new wikipedia editor! I recently published the sulfur isotope biogeochemistry article and noticed you tagged the article as needing additional citations for verification. Would you be willing to point me towards any specific sections where additional citations are needed? Thanks in advance! GeoscienceHd (talk) 04:14, 24 May 2020 (UTC)

Erin cruz

Hi - just a courtesy notification, I declined your speedy deletion tag on Erin cruz, as the assertion that the subject is a Congressional candidate probably counts as a credible claim of significance. It's very possible that the subject isn't notable, but that would need to be established via a discussion at AfD - I have no problem with you nominating there if you want to do the leg work of a WP:BEFORE. Cheers GirthSummit (blether) 15:49, 24 May 2020 (UTC)

You deleted the prose in article. The info was in the reference as placed in the article. I placed the prose back, with the same reference after every sentence. SportsOlympic (talk) 19:36, 26 May 2020 (UTC)

DYK for Alvin Clark (schooner)

On 9 June 2020, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Alvin Clark (schooner), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that after lying on the seafloor for nearly 100 years, the schooner Alvin Clark was noted as "the finest preserved historic vessel in the United States"? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Alvin Clark (schooner). You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Alvin Clark (schooner)), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
