Your GA nomination of Leonardo DiCaprio[edit]

The article Leonardo DiCaprio you nominated as a good article has passed ; see Talk:Leonardo DiCaprio for comments about the article. Well done! There is a backlog of articles waiting for review, why not help out and review a nominated article yourself?

Thanks for the edit[edit]

at American Horror Story in the finale length section. I think the reason I made it all about Murphy was because he was the main guy referred to in the article and the one who talked about the shortened finale. Thanks again. — WylieCoyote (talk) 23:56, 24 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Also, good job and thanks for adding to the episode articles about AHS. I was hoping someone would keep them up. I have a fansite for that show and it's difficult maintaining that, trying to come up with an article for every episode here, and maintaining a fansite/creating articles for Hell on Wheels. I hope both shows survive to make it to their second seasons. — WylieCoyote (talk) 03:39, 29 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Television episode and season articles badly needed[edit]

I see that you have a television show in the queue at WP:GAC. I would like to call your attention to Wikipedia:TV-EPISODE#Important_articles_to_be_created?--TonyTheTiger (T/C/BIO/WP:CHICAGO/WP:FOUR) 06:55, 11 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

GA Review[edit]

I finished your GA review for that television article. There are a few issues before it can be promoted to GA. Cheers.--Gen. Quon (talk) 21:52, 8 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Worlds Apart (Falling Skies) you nominated as a good article has failed ; see Talk:Worlds Apart (Falling Skies) for reasons why the nomination failed. If or when these points have been taken care of, you may apply for a new nomination of the article. Ruby 2010/2013 01:49, 21 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

June 2012[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Falling Skies does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! I was tempted to revert your deletion as vandalism. American Horror Story ridiculousness[edit]

Thanks for removing that idiotic table about "actors with multiple roles". I've been contemplating yanking it, myself. — WylieCoyote (talk) 20:41, 5 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. It did look a little strange. Let Me Eat Cake (talk) 21:48, 5 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If you can fix the remaining issues on Falling Skies (season 1), I'd be happy to pass. TBrandley 20:09, 15 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of We Just Decided To for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article We Just Decided To is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/We Just Decided To until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. RadioFan (talk) 14:52, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Merging AHS shows[edit]

I suppose we now have to do the lengthy page merger process Tricks and Treats (American Horror Story: Asylum) and Tricks and Treats (American Horror Story)? I created the "Nor'easter" without thinking about the proper attribution. And this is also why I hate it when people create episode articles a month in advance. Do they get a barnstar for that? — WylieCoyote (talk) 00:50, 4 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your previous AHS: Asylum image[edit]

I don't know if you can get it back but I think you should re-install it. My title card from a screen capture was deleted because some Frenchman copied it free and clear to Commons without attribution. I know Wiki has a free-share policy but the ability to just use another editor's work is just bullshit to me. Thanks. — WylieCoyote (talk) 18:11, 19 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind, I found a similar one. — WylieCoyote (talk) 19:02, 19 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The Americans color[edit]

Ugh, I hate to argue over such a little thing...but why change to a boring grey when red is featured prominently in the artwork. "Matches promotional artwork", same can be said for red. Using grayscale colors make sense when there is no other color to use, such as here (since red is used for another season). We've been using red for season 1 from the very beginning, doesn't make much sense to change now when especially red obviously works quite well. Drovethrughosts (talk) 21:11, 15 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Well, like Mad Men, The Americans uses red in its title logo. I was looking at this as an example, which was initially yellow, but to be honest, I don't mind either way. Let Me Eat Cake (talk) 21:18, 15 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
If you don't mind either way, I'd personally like to see it reverted back to the original color of red, just because there wasn't anything wrong with it. Thanks. Happy editing. Drovethrughosts (talk) 13:25, 16 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Go ahead, but I'd say a darker red better matches the font. However, grey is the more prominent color. Let Me Eat Cake (talk) 14:25, 16 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Cornell University students need your help![edit]

Hey Let Me Eat Cake,

We are two university students who have been assigned to edit an article on wikipedia. The article we chose is Aaron Paul. As part of the assignment, we need to interact with other wikipedia editors. I noticed you posted on his page awhile ago. Would you mind reviewing the page after we edit it and give us some suggestions?

"Masters of Sex" episode pages[edit]

Hey. I noticed that you're the one who created individual pages for the first 3 episodes of "Masters of Sex". I really like each episode having it's own page. So, I'm curious, why did you stop making them after the show was renewed for a 2nd season? Zuko Halliwell (talk) 06:30, 29 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'd like that too, but I realized that knowing I'd have to write a recap of the episode, it spoiled my enjoyment of the episodes. Please feel free to make the pages and I will help you with them. Let Me Eat Cake (talk) 15:10, 29 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I would love to, I really would, but I'm pretty bad at writing recaps. I also don't have Showtime, which is why actually I brought it up. I used to rely on your recaps to know what was happening on the show, since I can't watch it legally. Zuko Halliwell (talk) 18:33, 2 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not really great at them either, especially since the most recent episode that aired is #10 and I stopped creating the pages at ep. 3, but hopefully I'll create the articles in the future. I think a series looks better if it has a separate season page and episode pages. It might sound weird, but I think a lot of people decide a show's worth maybe by how up to date it's wiki page is, I dunno. Also, it's a fantastic series so far, so I'd recommend not reading the recaps and wait for the show to come out on DVD or Netflix or whatever. Or you could download it illegally. Nothing wrong with that. Let Me Eat Cake (talk) 04:36, 3 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with that opinion. I suppose I could create pages for each episode (If I did, I'd be using the pages you made as a template), but someone else is gonna have to write the recaps. I'm also not great with citations. So, I'm pretty sure this (Thank You for Coming) is the best I can do. Zuko Halliwell (talk) 07:36, 3 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
By the way, while I understand if you don't want to write the recaps anymore, would you still be interested in adding the behind the scenes trivia in the Production sections, or summarizing the episodes critical reception? Zuko Halliwell (talk) 00:01, 6 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I'd happily do that, but if the page has no plot synopsis, it doesn't serve much of a purpose. Let Me Eat Cake (talk) 01:21, 6 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Luck-hbo-tease.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Luck-hbo-tease.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Mosmof (talk) 05:26, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Support AHS pages[edit]

Hi are u still available to edit American Horror Story pages? If so, I would request your help revise American Horror Story: Freak Show, American Horror Story: Hotel, American Horror Story: Roanoke and the current season American Horror Story: Cult along with their episode pages of each season since your absence. There are some flaws in each page that i suspected and I think I would request your help revising all of them.

    • There are grammatical errors in each page that needed revisions.
    • It needs some production sections on the episode pages including new castings.

Those errors did not match your edits in the Season 1-3 pages. If you need some help you could request fellow users to edit the pages. Thank You Hopefully you would come back to revise the episode pages and its seasons. TristanQuinn (talk) 01:00, 14 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
