Re:[edit]

First off, welcome to Wikipedia. In regards to your question about your article, I deleted it because another user listed it as meeting the criteria for speedy deletion. Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information, and some information, what can be deemed as "not notable", is excluded from Wikipedia. Since you have not written this language and it is not widely used or popular, etc., it should not have an encyclopedia article.

Please feel free to peruse our welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Again, welcome. --tomf688{talk} 00:55, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately your article conflicts with a major Wikipedia policy regarding original research. Wikipedia is not a publisher of original thoughts or inventions, which your programming language falls under. There is also the problem of notability I mentioned above. Your programming language, while it may be interesting, can't be placed on Wikipedia yet until it achieves notability. There are other sites which this would be appropriate for this, but since I'm not a progrmamer, I wouldn't know.
As for your comment regarding who makes the decision on what to include on Wikipedia, it is the community who makes these policies. The only reason I deleted your page is because I have admin rights and can delete/protect pages and block problem users, but other than that admins have no extra pull than any other user. --tomf688{talk} 18:31, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
