Lead

I think the lead is very good. Very small little remark I might say "Lead-based paint abatement activities" instead of just activities.

Structure

I like the headings you added, they are helpful and make sense to me. I think maybe when you end up having to add more you might want to put in some subsections in the techniques section where you explain each technique. I know you added the picture but I still think going into each one a little more could beef it up.

Balance of coverage

I feel like your balance of coverage was also good. The one thing I wish you would talk more about is the soil abatement. I know this article seems to focus on lead paint abatement but I am still wondering what soil abatement is and how the lead even got in the soil. If you still need to add more after that (cause I know you said you still will have a lot to add) I would suggest talking more about the dangers of an unlicensed person doing the lead abatement, why certain methods are more effective or more dangerous than others, that kind of thing. Like, what can go wrong if you don't do lead abatement correctly, that sort of thing. Another idea may be to talk about how common or rare lead abatement is in the world. Your sources here are very US-oriented of course so maybe you could talk about other countries rules or laws or try and find countries who have made this kind of procedure mandatory, just that sort of thing. And make sure you specify that in the US these things are regulated by the EPA and in the US it must be performed by a licensed individual.

Neutral content

Lead abatement is not a controversial subject I think. Nevertheless it seems like you've remained neutral.

Reliable sources

I don't know if this is a source you added, it looks like it was in the article before but I am not sure how I feel about the first citation. It doesn't feel very official. I understand it might be hard to find official sources on that type of info but if you could it might be a nice extra little touch to replace that source with something a bit more official. Other than that, I am sure Dr. Glass mentioned this but I would remove the retrieval date on your sources.
