No, I believe that it is owned by Professor Buttrey http://www.fitzmuseum.cam.ac.uk/coins/frames/TVBCV.html but it may be owned by the University. It was first published in Expedition magazine http://www.museum.upenn.edu/new/Zine/34.1-2.shtml in "Part I: The Coins from the Sanctuary of Demeter and Persephone." pp. 1-66 by Buttrey on page 62. I got permission to use that image in my articles from Professor Buttrey, It made the cover of Celator Vol. 9 No. 2 February 1995. I also own one of these coins, and could take picture of it (it's not as nice/pretty as that one!). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kurt Baty (talk • contribs)

We need to figure out who owns the rights to this image and get the appropriate tag attached, or the image will be deleted. Wikipedia is serious about copyright of images.
