uploading pics of malls

if u r online, can u decline speedy deletion of Darshna Vaghela. He is deputy mayor of Ahmedabad and a new comer tagged it under a1. I m getting inquisitive cuz i m the author of that page. - I did in the begaining of my run. I created only 7 articles in january and edited intensivly to them. Thet endedup in getting deleted as G12 :p
- I was wrong and i m not saying that it is useless to give articles time. But, there are few fixed plans of mine. I m not gonna spend my entire time just creating articles. This thing is only for March and then formatting, adding details etc to the articles. Thanks for contributing in Assessment 2012 , May i suggest you to also include the importance parameter for all categories in your assessment as in here [2] if we do not cover the importance parameter right now then it would again go to the list of unknown importance article and will have to be done twice. Although the user was not using talk pages for the right thing, I think giving him a level three warning was not the right thing to do. As per WP:DTTR: "most editors who have been around for a while are aware of these policies. If you believe that they have broken (or are about to breach) one, it is frequently the result of some disagreement over the interpretation of the policy, or temporarily heated tempers. In such situations, sticking to "did you know we had a policy here" mentality tends to be counter-productive in resolving the issue, as it can be construed as being patronising and uncivil." Yash has been here for quite a while already, and is aware of policy, but is a little too excited about 1 April. Could you please explain why giving him a level three warning is better than writing a message from scratch that he broke the policy? Bmusician 12:36, 1 April 2012 (UTC)

- The reason which you mentioned was not the only one, before this also on Noopur's talk page you chatted in Hinglish, chatting and not writing in English both violate talk page guidelines. And also you should talk in a solemn-polite sometimes what you consider as friendly might not be as considered by someone else. You pranked (or tried to prank) users on April Fools day, but someone might consider it as spam. You are new in the community if you were comparatively older you might have got scolded just like User:Rsrikanth05. - I was not the only brat who tried to fool others. User talk:benzband and User talk:cyberpower678 also kept 'new messages template' on their talk pages and user pages to fool others. I agree that I did little too much, but I left speedy deletion message on talk pages of about 15 users from which 11 replied with humor, 1 person whome I know from the start and I was expecting to take it likely droped me level 3 warning and 3 didnt reply. About Hinglish, I have seen few editors talking in spanish also. And where is it written that you cannot occationally chat in Hinglish? I dont think that level 3 warning of 'Vandalism' is proper for me. There were 100 users who vandalized wiki yesterday. If you can u can uw-joke1 me but vandalism3 is not acceptable. Removing the CSD
Hey, Kondicherry. I saw that you removed the CSD tag; that's fine, but the only source that is cited in the article currently is the website itself. In a Google search, I see a bunch of blogs talking about it, but no actual reliable source. (It's also been deleted once already today.) No worries, though, I'll give him some time to work on it. - OK, but please read the instructions before you start. You will also need to read WP:DELETION entirely and consign the most common cases and criteria to memory. Please also thoroughly read the articles you patrol first - sometimes COPYVIOS, hoaxes, and attack pages might look quite innocent at first glance. Accurate tagging is essential. This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... There is nothing promotional about it. The seriousness of the request is equal to zero. No promotion, just adding a militant group in the wikipedia database with solid and reliable sources.
