I think you should talk more about why we need to conserve water, the goals were too general. I also think that we should also get more insight on what other places other than the U.K or U.S do to conserve water. Are there any world wide projects involved in water conservation? (examples). Maybe this can make the article more informative. The link you put should be in the reference,check the Wikipedia:Cheatsheet, this will help you with your citations.
