DYK nomination of Jussi Halla-aho[edit]

Hello! Your submission of Jussi Halla-aho at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and there still are some issues that may need to be clarified. Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! Dravecky (talk) 02:29, 2 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. I added my Did You Know suggestion to the page. Klassikkomies (talk) 13:16, 2 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Warning[edit]

This is your only warning.
The next time you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced defamatory content into an article or any other Wikipedia page, as you did to MILF, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. I have removed clear BLP violations from the article MILF. Including mainstream actresses on the basis of youtube and blog postings is unacceptable. Ditto for political figures. I shall block you immediately if you restore either. DGG (talk) 05:51, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Slow down. We realize that you are a relatively new editor and any edit reversions are not personal attacks against you or the work that you have put into an article. (As difficult as it is sometimes, I know...) Try to always assume that other editors are doing things in good faith, never use profanity in conversation or edit summaries, and remain neutral when writing articles. Need help, contact me here!--Sallicio 06:14, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I have not violated Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy in any way. If you accuse me of such violations you must also explain what are my violations. Link them here. I have not used used YouTube or blogs as a source and if you claim so that's a lie. I have only put properly sourced material in Wikipedia. Threatening blocking users without any proof is not acceptable in Wikipedia. If you accuse me without any proof you must be blocked not me. I consider that warning sign as an insult against the work i have done here. Klassikkomies (talk) 06:21, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like to remind you not to attack other editors, as you did on Talk:Mother I'd like to fuck (MILF). Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. AfD nomination of Sammie Sparks[edit]

I have nominated Sammie Sparks, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sammie Sparks. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Tabercil (talk) 23:41, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not make statements attacking people or groups of people. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks. Attack pages and images are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images in violation of our biographies of living persons policy will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Commit charge (talk) 00:34, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There are no personal attacks in my user page. Just Courbets famous painting L'Origine du monde. This is ridiculous. You have no right to tamper my user page. Klassikkomies (talk) 00:41, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File:Richard Alden Samuel McCroskey III mugshot.jpg listed for deletion[edit]

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, File:Richard Alden Samuel McCroskey III mugshot.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Fair use rationale for File:Richard Alden Samuel McCroskey III mugshot.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Richard Alden Samuel McCroskey III mugshot.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. FASTILYsock (TALK) 07:03, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Page allready contained all the information that is used in other files in category Category:Mug shots but I added some more information and tried to be as specific as possible. Hope it is OK now. If not please try to be more specific about what more information do you want me to add in the page and where. Klassikkomies (talk) 07:55, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is List of actresses in the MILF porn genre. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of actresses in the MILF porn genre. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:10, 8 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dr. Heathen Scum[edit]

I checked that MySpace page out, and I can assure you that it is not Broy. Broy is still with the band. I can only assume that the Dr. Heathen Scum there is Mike Dewey. Dewey did play with The Mentors briefly as Dr. Heathen Scum, and this has been a topic of debate for years. Perhaps the article should be titled "Steve Broy", and have a redirect for "Dr. Heathen Scum".Mk5384 (talk) 04:21, 23 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I am sure your right about the MySpace page. I am no expert on this. Like I told you I was not even aware that there has been other Dr. Scums. My opinion about the title question that you kindly pointed out: maybe, but the again maybe not. Should we use the title Dr. Heathen Scum or title Steve Broy? It is a difficult question, but in article titled Dr. Heathen Scum we could also deal with this question about "other" Dr. Heathen Scums. Broy or Dewey, they were both known as Dr. Heathen Scum not by their birth names. Especially Mr. Broy who has also performed with El Duce and made his solo albums under the name Dr. Heathen Scum is known to the public primarily as Dr. Heathen Scum not as Steve Broy and according to the Wikipedias article titles policy we should use more common name (see: Wikipedia:Article titles#Common names). So despite of these problems that you kindly pointed out I suggest that we still stick to the title Dr. Heathen Scum. Klassikkomies (talk) 01:50, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
That's probably the best idea, as Broy is largely unnotable, save for the character. As you have seen, the article has been proposed for deletion. I went on the talk page and opposed it. If you are interested, you may be able to be of help here. All the best-Mk5384 (talk) 07:48, 18 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the information. I also opposed deletion and it seems that we have happily reached concensus that we keep the article. Klassikkomies (talk) 22:40, 20 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Dr. Heathen Scum has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails criteria WP:MUSICBIO. No WP:RS to show WP:N beyond band.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Mentors songs[edit]

GREAT article. I did notice that you missed a few. At first glance, the only one I noticed was "Service Me Or Be Smacked"; a bonus track on certain versions of Up The Dose. I'll let you know if I can think of the others.Mk5384 (talk) 15:25, 24 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Also, "Split the Square", and "Kings of Sleaze".Mk5384 (talk) 23:18, 25 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Kings of Sleaze is a great song. I wish you have a nice summer and lots of fun where ever you are. It is raining right now outside my window in Oulu, Finland, but the summer is very beautiful here. Klassikkomies (talk) 11:52, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Angela Oberer has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Codf1977 (talk) 15:38, 7 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Angela Oberer requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Epeefleche (talk) 05:09, 26 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
