I noticed nobody had said hi yet... Hi!

I was sorry to see that so many images you've uploaded have been listed for deletion. If you've got copyright info for them we should be able to prevent them from being deleted but there's a bit of red tape to go through. Hi! That "Monica Cameron" article was a copyright problem as well. Cutting and pasting from most sites is a violation of copyright. Of course, feel free to write about her in you own words. Hope this helps. - Lucky 6.9 16:47, 5 December 2005 (UTC)

About Image:Santos-1969.jpg

Hi, Kinsella. Unfortunatelly, the copyrighted image Image:Santos-1969.jpg, decipting a magazine cover, can't be used as Fair use in an article other than one about the magazine itself. As this is so, I've removed it from the Pelé article.

This is very sad that we don't have a usable image for such a proimnent figure as Pelé. :(

The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.
