Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.

Please note that Wikipedia is not for things you made up one day. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 19:46, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Re your message: I'm sorry, but the article can not remain on Wikipedia as it clearly a made-up micronation. The existing articles about micronations are about notable entities. You will need to create a legitimate article in order to finish your assignment, which is probably what your instructor intended, not a made-up article. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 20:19, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Re your messages: No, that does not make your made-up micronation notable. What would make it notable enough for inclusion on Wikipedia is coverage from independent, third-party sources about the micronation. Until you can provide citations to those third-party sources, then the article may not remain on Wikipedia. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 22:23, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Re your message: As I told you in my previous message, that is not sufficient to make your micronation notable. What would make it notable enough for inclusion on Wikipedia is coverage from independent, third-party sources about the micronation. Until you can provide citations to those third-party sources, then the article may not remain on Wikipedia. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 15:58, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Re your message: I have told you multiple times now. Please stop asking me about writing your micronation until you can establish its notability per the guidelines. Everything you need to do is listed there. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 17:52, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Re your message: No, one article in your local newspaper does not make your micronation notable. The coverage must be substantial.
On a side note, I would appreciate it if you would not create a new section on my talk page every time you leave a message. Instead, please edit the existing section per the talk page guidelines. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 18:27, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Re your message: I've already told you what you need to do. Please go read the guideline. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 19:53, 11 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Kingdom of Bogdania requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Kevin Rutherford (talk) 20:16, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 20:54, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
