Hi Kgomzak I've fixed up File:Mary Jane Girls-All Night Long.jpg with the basic license for a non free image here with this edit but you still need to add the source url you got it from. It's a lot easier if you use the wizard and fill in the details as asked for, then image will not keep getting deleted, and also if not sure it's good to just look at another example - i.e. find any other album cover that's been uploaded for a while.
