Posters[edit]

Pls understand that film posters should be portrait size, watermark free and formal (i.e., without unnecessary comments like "Super hit" or "100th day"). Majority of the images u uploaded don't seem to have those, and this is an advice not an order. Also, pls be polite on Wikipedia. Attacking users is not fair or legal. Please consider this a serious warning. First, you cannot attack other users, period, per WP:NPA. Another edit summary attack will result in you being blocked. Additionally, all of the uploads you've made violate our image policies and copyright policies. You cannot just take images from another website and upload them here. Hello Kbabusr. I am Dianna and I am an administrator on this wiki. The guideline for non-free image size can be found here. A simple way to calculate whether an image is small enough is to multiply one dimension by the other. The result must be 100000 or less. For example, an image that is 400 x 600 is too big, as 400 times 600 equals 240000. So your assertion here that your upload was the correct resolution is incorrect, because the image you uploaded is 1,890 × 2,954, which is 55 times what is allowed. When you use images that are too large, the website is in violation of copyright law. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously and you need to take this matter very seriously. I am therefore blocking your account indefinitely, as you have not communicated with any of us, other than in edit summaries, and do not seem to be understanding the seriousness of the problem, in spite of multiple warnings. -- Dianna (talk) 07:51, 15 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
