You are skating on thin ice, KHarbaugh--you could be blocked for edit warring, for instance, or worse, you could be blocked/topic banned for violating guidelines related to "post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people"; you've been warned already about that. I strongly suggest that a. you stop trying to insert that material against consensus, and b. that you consider what Wikipedia is. • I called this "disruptive editing" because it involved edit warring, use of unreliable sourcing, NPOV editing and using article space as a forum, and on top of that personal insults in this post. As for the question you asked me on my talk page, I think you should look at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/American_politics_2#Principles, specifically "Consensus", "Behavioral standards", "Neutrality and sources", and "Edit warring", because you fell foul of all of those. Hi KHarbaugh. I noticed that you recently used ethnicelebs.com as a source for biographical information in Adam Schiff . Please note that there is general consensus that ethnicelebs.com does not meet the reliable sourcing criteria for the inclusion of personal information in such articles. • I have no idea how reliable those pages are. But I do know that many on the web are asserting that Adam is a descendant of Jacob Schiff, the well-known NYC financier. Hi friend,

I was not able to edit this article for some reason, wondering if you're able to make this edit.

says:

In comparison, the current Wikipedia article says:

I agree the statements are not exactly the same.

I don't know who added the statement to Wikipedia.

But I don't think I should be the one to change it, if it needs changing.

I don't have full background on this.

@John-w-Buchanan I agree both those articles would be quite reasonable to include in the main article.

However I have been slapped down enough by the evident cabal that dominates both the main page and the talk page that I am treading carefully in what I post.

I have been told multiple times by Handthat... that I am a "disruptive editor", for bringing up possible citations on the talk page that he considers unworthy.

None of the other editors has voiced disagreement with him.

So I'm going to draw back for a while.

Let's see what other editors do.
