I have restored the article to your userspace here for you to work on. Once you have it ready, and think it will pass notability muster as per WP:BIO, you can copy the edited text to create a new article in mainspace as before. Principles of Public Information[edit]

Although this page was deleted in 2008, I see that in April this year you made a note on its talk page saying that it was free of copyright. Even so, I am afraid it is not suitable for Wikipedia: an encyclopedia is not a place to post copies of documents like this (see WP:NOTREPOSITORY #3 and Wikipedia:Do not include the full text of lengthy primary sources.

An encyclopedia article about these principles might be possible, but only if they have been the subject of "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" so that the subject meets Wikipedia's inclusion criterion, called Wikipedia:Notability.

There is a sister project, Wikisource, which is a collection of source documents, and would probably be pleased to host a copy of these Principles. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 20:25, 24 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
