Miguelito Valdés[edit]

Because the story is told in the third paragraph under Career. The situation is rather different with musicians who drop their birth names entirely and are professionally known only by their stage or nicknames. Examples: Guyún and Compay Segundo. The choice of title for the article is usually the name by which the artist was best known. The intro para is meant to establish basic facts; comments and commentary can come later.
