Speedy deletion declined: Mike Portoghese[edit]

Hello Johnclean184, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Mike Portoghese, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: The article makes a credible assertion of importance or significance, sufficient to pass A7. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 19:56, 10 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I note that you have now tagged the page for proposed deletion but did not notify the creator as such. It is common practice to notify a creator when you tag their articles for deletion (whether CSD, PROD, or through AfD), so could you please consider doing so in the future? This allows the editor the opportunity to respond to any concerns or issues raised prior to the deletion of the article. Thank you, --Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 15:17, 11 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Johnclean184 for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page. VQuakr (talk) 09:21, 8 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
