The copy and photos I posted are all from Barnes-Jewish Hospital publications that I've helped write and in the case of three of the photos, took myself. The text and photos are not copyrighted as we are a non-profit organization.

Thanks for uploading Image:BJHospitalNew_cc.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. My name is Jason Merrill and I am in the public relations office at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. I recently made several changes to out Wikipedia entry based on marketing materials our department uses in brochures, etc. to tout our medical center. I was sent the following:

I do have permission to use this information and control much of the copyrighted material in my work as team leader of media relations for Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

As for the unspecified source for Image:BJHHospitalNew_cc.jpg, that is a photo I took myself in 2004 for Barnes-Jewish Hospital publicity and is stored on my computer. My employer does give me copyright permission to use these images -- as well as the text -- to publicize our medical center.

I e-mailed the permissions address mentioned above, but I'm simply doubling efforts to contact yoou.
