Voting Rights Revoked[edit]

Hello - your deletion of the above-mentioned topic at [DVRPC] has been undone. All text written is based duirectly on minutes from DVRPC meetings and facts have been lifted from there. Unless the organization is uncomfortable with the fact that voting rights were indeed revoked and it is clearly documented, the text stays as it is.Tomatosoup97 (talk) 20:27, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Edits undone[edit]

Your edits have been undone on the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. Most text that was added was properly sourced, researched and is concisely written. It has been edited slightly to remove any hint of WP:POV. Your edits clearly represent an organization. Users that engage in inappropriately promotional behaviors in articles about the company, group, or product, will be blocked (see DVRPCPublicAffairs). Please see rules for WP:OWN, WP:3RR, WP:RVV.Bnlboyardee89 (talk) 21:34, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately, you have your facts wrong. I myself have posted the minutes of the February RCC meeting which state on the first line of the second page "Membership in the Action Task Force will be by appointment, with proportional representation from each of the nine counties in the DVRPC region." Rather than revoking the rights of citizens to vote on our citizen's committee as you have implied, DVRPC was forced to restructure voting to assure that members and interests from all nine counties of our region get a say, since a special interest group was trying to monopolize the vote on their project of interest at the expense of all other projects in the region.
