Misplaced article[edit]

I noticed that you began to write an article at Help:Cite errors/Cite error refs without references. I have undone your edits there, because that page is one of the help pages. It is not a good place to submit content for the encyclopedia. I suggest that you look at Wikipedia:Your first article and perhaps try again using the Article wizard. Sandbox[edit]
