User:姫宮玲子 has been repetitively blocked for disruption and block evasion at the Japanese Wikipedia, and some editors at the ANI link above are concerned because he has started the same activities on this wiki that got him blocked the first time on the Japanese one. His history can be found at this page and this page. Both are in Japanese, but have already been summarized by another user. At this point, we have to wait and see if 姫宮玲子 responds...if he does, there will most likely be a language barrier, since he primarily edits Japanese wiki. If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
